I failed reading the prophecy. I was really sure that I could buy a good project from the auction. Two of my friends misread the prophecy too and decided to join me to the auction. When the auction started we realized that it’s not going to end up as we had planned. There was apparently 1000 people too much in the auction hall.

When everything was over and and our targets were gone we realized that our party of three was nearly exactly €100k short of of the price that could have bought all of our future project cars.

Btw. That rotten Talbot Lago went for €1,700.0000.
